If You Use OS X Then You Need BetterSnapTool

A long, long time ago I used to be a Windows user but, ever since switching to Mac and OS X, I haven't looked back. However, one feature that I undoubtedly missed was window snapping. For those unfamiliar with window snapping, it is the ability to simply re-size a window to completely fill or take up either half of the screen by dragging the window to the respective edge of the desktop. It is extremely convenient and is probably something you already do manually. Also, it satisfies the perfectionists like me that enjoy knowing each window takes up exactly half the screen - pixel by pixel.

Top Apps - January 2014

Here's a round-up of our favorite apps for the month of January.

Swiftkey Note

Swiftkey Note is just as good as any other note taking app but where it really shines is with its "Magical Prediction Technology." Swiftkey is able to predict what words you are intending to use next as you type. It also offers syncing with Evernote, easy tagging, and multiple language support.

iPhone Wallpapers 4: SUAPP Exclusive

Original Wallpaper
Yesterday, we posted The Home Screen, App Heat Map which was an exclusive SUAPP wallpaper that behaved as a guide for organizing your home screen. If you'd like to learn how to use this wallpaper, follow the link above. The full SUAPP guide on how to organize your iOS device is coming soon. However, since the wallpaper was well received as a standalone wallpaper, we decided to take out the SUAPP logo and offer the wallpaper in a variety of color combinations.

Grab as much as you'd like and if you don't see a color combination that you like below, leave a suggestion below and if you have a specific color or set of colors that you'd like to have a wallpaper built around just provide the hex code for the color and we'll add a reader suggested section below! (We might even feature wallpapers we love on our twitter account @AskSUAPP)

The Home Screen, App Heat Map

The Home Screen App Heat Map is a wallpaper that I have created to aid in the organization of an iOS home screen. This is of course just one approach, my personal approach, which is basically a clutter free set-up where apps with the highest priority are organized mainly where they are the easiest to reach and then slightly re-ordered based on their categories.

Apple Gives an Early Gift to Get You Started

Around a week ago, Apple began featuring their 12 Days of Gifts app which is an annual giveaway of digital content for 12 days after Christmas. Despite 10 days remaining before the gifts are available, the app offers an early gift "to get you started." The gift includes a single by Lorde called No Better and a music video of Royals.

YouRepeat: YouTube's Repeat Button

Without a doubt YouTube has become one of the most popular places to go to and find free music streaming especially with uploads from the likes of Vevo but, there lacks a single function for those times when addiction hits you and you need to hear the same song over and over. That function is a repeat button and the solution for it is YouRepeat. YouRepeat has been around for quite some time and to my surprise to this day not many people know about it. It's very simple to use:
